1 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder
1/2 cup oats
1/4 cup milk
(consistency should be somewhat thick) adjust to your own liking
flax seed optional
throw it all in a Magic bullet and mix it until thick. Pour the mixture into the waffle maker.
Top it off with your favorite fruit. I added bananas, raspberries and blackberries. Could add yogurt and other fruits
